Efosa Idemudia is a serial entrepreneur and a Youth Development Advocate. Driven by an unwavering passion for entrepreneurship and youth development, Efosa has left an indelible mark on the business landscape and the lives of countless young people; influenced by the entrepreneurial spirit exhibited by his mother, who effortlessly managed multiple businesses while nurturing a loving home.

Efosa was captivated by a vision when he was in his teens that seemed audacious. He asked  himself, “Why me?” and the reply he got back was, “Why not you!?”  He chose to pursue his dreams with unyielding determination. Leaving behind a secure job, he embarked on a transformative path, spurred by the belief that offering opportunities and financial security to others was even more rewarding than receiving them. Undeterred by the challenges he encountered, he embraced resilience and perseverance, which ultimately paved the way for his entrepreneurial endeavors.

Beyond his entrepreneurial pursuits, Engr. Efosa’s contributions extend to various sectors. Leading the Dataformatics Group, he brings a wealth of experience in business development, leveraging his managerial expertise and strategic alliances to drive growth and profitability. His remarkable track record within the private and public sectors, both locally and internationally, exemplifies his ability to excel in diverse environments.

Passionate about empowering the youth, Engr. Efosa’s focus on this demographic stems from personal experiences. He understands the confusion and lack of direction that often plague young minds overflowing with ideas, dreams, and aspirations. Fortunate enough to receive guidance and support when he needed it most, he founded MYLI as a platform to extend that helping hand to others. His unwavering commitment to equipping, impacting, and inspiring the youth stems from a profound belief that their potential holds the key to solving societal challenges.

Efosa’s altruistic nature is further evidenced by his dedication to teaching and mentoring. With over 15 years of involvement in youth development, he currently serves as a Teen teacher and Youth Development Expert in different Non-Profit Organizations, inspiring and shaping the next generation of leaders.
